Manage the entire Planning Process

Providing assistance to Clients on all procurements, including the ability to ensure the full trade discount is provided

Provide a full construction team , including specialist sub-contractors of proven worth and experience

Appointed Quantity Surveyor or Solicitor to deal with all Contract documentation, warranties and insurances and negotiation of build price

Weekly meeting with Clients throughout the entire project

Fortnightly reports and monthly valuations (Quantity Surveyor) , programmes and procurement schedules

24 hour, 7 days a week, access to Filum – including weekend and evening meetings with Clients

Full site supervision, monitoring, interface and management role

12 month post contract Agreement to ensure snagging and defects are completed
